Iron casting is our passion. For many years we have been supplying precisely manufactured castings of the highest quality –from one-offs to series production. As a result of our innovative manufacturing processes and one-to-one advice, we are also able to find customized solutions to complex requirements.

Material choice
Our many years of experience ensure that you always receive the best materials for your projects.
Our standard alloys:
Flake graphite castings (grey cast iron) EN-GJL-200, EN-GJL-250, EN-GJL-300
Spheroidal graphite castings (ductile cast iron) EN-GJS-400, EN-GJS-500, EN-GJS-600

Moulding technology
Mould sizes of up to 1230 x 1230 mm enable iron castings of maximumdimensions.
We have a modern, HW Sinto automatic mould line with an output of 115 moulds/h. We also have a Savelli 2-station moulding machine with a moulding box output of160 boxes/h, plus a HW Sinto single station moulding machine for small production with an output of 25 boxes/h.
— Ø1150 mm for round castings
— 1100 x 1100 mm for square parts
— 300 mm maximum casting height
— castings up to 160kg

Melting technology
The iron is melted electrically using medium-frequency induction crucible furnaces (2x12t/h) or a hot blast cupola furnace (17t/h) and cast using the casting machine, or manually in the case of small batches.

Curing
Curing is a critical stage in our production process. We can offer a variety of curing processes to ensure the performance and longevity of our products. These include heat treatment, surface treatments and mechanical processing. Each process is carefully selected and carried out to meet our highest quality standards.
— Blasting, deburring, dressing / grinding
— Heat treatment
— Surface treatment, paint finishes
— Mechanical processing
— Packaging and transport

Quality assurance
Quality is always our top priority. Our quality assurance encompassesall production phases, from choice of raw materials to the final inspection ofthe castings. We work to strict standards and guidelines to ensure that everyproduct meets our high standards. Regular training sessions and auditsguarantee that our team is always up to date with the latest technology.
The basic tests include:
— Dimensional inspection
— Tensile testing
— Brinell hardness test with tungsten carbide ball
— Metallographic evaluation of the structure
— Thermal analysis
— Spectral analysis
— Ultrasound testing
